Base Legal

This report was prepared in compliance with Law No. 14,611/2023 and Decree No. 11,795/2023, which regulate equal pay and compensation criteria between women and men for work of equal value or the same role.

Methodology

The data presented were extracted from eSocial, according to the methodology established by the Ministry of Labor and Employment, and provide information on wage and compensation ratios between women and men, grouped by position and role.

The detailed report data, including the ratio between women's and men's compensation at different levels and functions, are available for download using the button above. Pollux fully complies with the legal wage transparency requirements.
