Senior Solutions Architect

We are looking for a professional with strong technical ability and business vision, ready to work on the front line structuring complex solutions, leading strategic discussions, and generating direct impact on results.

Main activities

  • Lead the design of complex industrial solutions.
  • Design automated lines, robotic cells, and integrated systems.
  • Perform complete techno-economic analyses, including CAPEX and feasibility.
  • Define solution architecture based on Industry 4.0 concepts.
  • Interact technically and commercially with customers and suppliers.
  • Manage the technical resources involved in proposals.
  • Ensure adherence to standards, safety, and industrial requirements.
  • Structure and deliver high-impact executive presentations.
  • Contribute to the team's technical development by sharing knowledge and best practices.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in industrial automation.
  • Strong experience with automated production and packaging lines.
  • Experience with robotic cells and transport systems.
  • Equipment specification and pricing.
  • Proficiency in CAD tools, preferably SolidWorks.
  • Knowledge of Industry 4.0.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills focused on storytelling and executive presentations.
  • Availability for travel.

Education and languages

  • Engineering degree.
  • Advanced or fluent English.
  • Advanced Spanish.

Preferred qualifications

  • Conhecimento em componentes elétricos e de controle.
  • Experience with tools such as Inventor or Visual Components.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar.
  • Relationship management with industry suppliers.
